From the Control Panel

4:49:43 PM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
4:49:43 PM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
4:49:43 PM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
4:49:43 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
4:49:43 PM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
4:49:43 PM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
4:49:43 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums
Nothing in logs
Running Windows 7 in Administrator account, IIS disabled, no Skype installed. Antivirus (Avast) turned off

I am having the same issue.

AVG Internet Security: Disabled
IIS Manager: Disabled
MSE: Disabled
Ports 80 & 443: Open

opened command prompt and ran netstat -a
Nothing using port 80, 8080 or 443

Running Windows 7 64bit
Admin

Was working fine for several hours and then all of a sudden stopped. No system change. No installed software. No updates applied. This is a fresh install as well.
