xampp effect

I has using xampp for less than 10 month, but there is some bug with my notebook after i am using xampp. Here t is the debug :
1. After install xampp there is effect on my notebook. My hdd is having bad sector.

I has lose 2 my hdd because that. Now, I can't using hdd internal with my notebook(acer ao-756) and. Just using usb for working with my hdd. Anyone can tell me or have solution for the problem?
