I installed xampp and have been using it for a while, but the other night I tried to use CURLFile class, and it says the class cannot be found. I am assuming it might have an issue with the actual installation as I have taken several steps such as changing the php.ini files. I have uncommented the line for the the curl extension, and downloaded the libcurl file... etc.
So I was wondering if it is a problem with the binary? like when php was compiled with the Xampp package could there have been a mistake, and how should I proceed in troubleshooting this? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
