how may I register apache and/of MySQL as service?

I'm using XAMPP Control Panel 3.2.1.

for apache I did it like this:
Start the following batch (for Windows):
c:\xampp\apache\apache_installservice.bat

I've already tried. but there is no .bat file in apache folder.

Then your XAMPP installation is incomplete
