Problem with Apache in XAMPP

Hi,i have xampp installed in a Windows 2008 Server,it have been installed there for almost 2 months,and i haven't touch anything of the configuration since i installed it,but,yesterday,when i tried to start Apache i got this:

5:16:51 AM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
5:16:51 AM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
5:16:51 AM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
5:16:51 AM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
5:16:51 AM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
5:16:51 AM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
5:16:51 AM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

I tried to reinstall it and check if another service was using the apache port but nothing.Please help.

And if you execute apache_start.bat which response do you get?

Hello,my apache version is 1.8.3 full version,installed in a windows 2008 R3 server,and the locate path is C:\xamppp\

When i execute apache_start.bat i get this:

There is already another program blocking your port 443.
Please try to find out which program with the help of the netstat button in your control panel
