Posted: 28. March 2014 00:35I am a beginner to this all. I am following a tutorial to create a small web application, but they just told me to download XAAMP, and didn't tell me how to use it. I am so lost and really need your help. I am in the XAAMP control panel right now, and I am trying to create a new database. I dont know how.
