I've tried to change the port numbers manually from the help what I can find from google and I'm still having problems I have a tight deadline to get this website done. I can go to localhost in a web browser and I can access files but I can seem to get the "index.php" file to work, all it comes up with it say "it works!" and I just want to bang my head against a wall

I hope someone can help me ASAP please

any help would be much appreciated

I don't know if it helps but i had the same Issue when another software installed on my computer was using port 443 (check this with netstat). I've disabled it and it worked like a charm.
