Problem with xampp 1.8.3-3

In my computer (Windows 7 Maximal, x32) installed xampp 1.8.3-3 and Kaspersky 6.0 with only file antivirus.
Olso configured SSL with virtualhost and port 80 replaced with 1920 port.
My site opens successfully but sometimes it does not open. At same time when site don`t open command TELNET to 443 port by IP address and by host name successfully complate.
Plase, help to complate this problem
