xampp - windows 7 professional

Hello everyone, I tried to install on my windows 7 professional 32 win, xampp 1.8.3
but when I start apache I get this error :

ERROR APACHE shutdown unexpectedly
This may be to a blocked port,missing dependencies,improper privileges, a crash or a shutdown by another metod



I have installed xampp in C:\Users\Utente\Desktop
do you recommend an 'other version?

I downloaded this xampp-win32-1.8.2-4-VC9-installer(1.8.2 / PHP 5.4.25 What's Included? md5 sha1 Download (32 bit) ) on windows 7 which is working fine. Make sure that UAC is under never notify for temporary.
