Error 403

I am using the current XAMPP and am receiving ERROR 403 for my local server.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem on the lastest XAMPP version

No, there is no solution. Error 403 happens always (of course!). Therefore it was a good idea not to provide any information, you did absolutely right. Because (as already sair) Error 403 happen always on all Xampp installations, in all environments, in all releases and last not least completely independent from the Operating System, independent from the installation location, independent from everything . it is simply an overwhelming everlasting super bug.

Am i right that you expected such said news and therefore you (consequently) did not offer any information? You are right to do so, it happens always and therefore there is no solution. Xampp is unusable in every flavour.
