[XAMPP 1.8.3-3] Blank security page with italian locale

Hi,
I installed XAMPP 1.8.3-3 on my Windows system some hours ago.
Everything worked fine, but I didn't manage to access the "Security" page from XAMPP admin panel (http://localhost/xampp/); it showed a totally blank page.
I discovered that this issue was connected to the language I had chosen ("italian"), because selecting another one I could access the page.

So, after a quick investigation, I noticed that inside the "security\htdocs\lang.php" file, in line 3, the control about the "it" language ($lang == "it") was missing.
Adding it fixed the problem.

Please fix the issue in the next version.
