Deploying MBean in Tomcat 6/7

I am trying to deploying Custom Mbean in Tomcat 6/7. But the attempts were not successful.

The tutorials I find are really old. I think that is the reason for which I could not succeed.

I was followig this tutorial http://oss.wxnet.org/mbeans.html

I did not get any exceptions in the log files. But still MBean was not deployed successfully.

Your help is appreciated...
