RSA certificate configured for www.example.com:443 does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

what exactly does this mean.

im new to xampp, and my site that works online, only partially displays on localhost. missing javascript, html virtual includes among others. not sure if that warning is related. i could be a few missing pieces away from my site working... a little guidance would be appreciated.
