Hello there, i'm new to the community and started like 2 months ago using xampp. Due to a HDD crash i had to change it, also upgraded to windows 8.1. Installed Xampp, had some issues with Skype because of the listening ports but not anymore, Xampp Control Panel now shows all green (Apache, MySQL and FileZilla - this is what i use) as u can see in the attachment below. Problem is when i try to access Admin, Chrome (my default browser) show error (Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost Did you mean: localhost.­net). Can someone tell me what to do next? I can provide logs or any other screenshots if needed.

If you change the default HTTP port (which is not recommend - you can configure Skype not to use ports 80 and 443), you need to add this port in your url (the control panel will add this for you, but you need to config the new port in the control panel configs)
