Hi everybody,

Very sorry to be so unknower, I don't know why and how I can't use xampp.

I installed the software to use Prestashop and finally I had problems to connect to Prestashop because a bad password (impossible to get it back in my mailbox..).

So finally, I decided to uninstall the Xampp and to reinstall it.
But now impossible to connect to Apache and Mysql.

Could you help me to understand why it doesn't want to connect ?

How do you know this? What are your indicators?

If I launch Xampp control and launch the Apache module I have this message

So I assume you see some hints there (maybe not your problem, but can cause a problem). You should completely uninstall (including services). Once confirmed all files and services are gone, re-install to C:\xampp or some other location that doesn't contain spaces or cause UAC issues.

I did uninstall few times, after new installation it's the same problem each time.

may be the server of apache still on your system, so you must delete manual the apache server and reinstall the xampp
