Translation help

Hello, all!

I'm new here, but I use XAMPP for... 24 hours.

First, I'd like to thank all the developpers of this soft, they make great things.
Second, I saw that XAMPP and the installer weren't translate in much languages, so I'd like to help the team to translate them in French (indeed, I'm a Frenchie ). It's the only thing I can make to help the team and the community for the moment, but maybe can I make more in the future, like redesign the soft, or I don't know.

xampp created by germanish and engslish is the universal language. i'm indonesian but the forum isn't use my language.it's no problem for shared in this forum.
