insufficient log information

check that the windows web publishing service is not running as it reserves the port 80.

Check it by 'Run >> services.msc' and then lookout for service 'World Wide Web Publishing Service'.

Open its options and set the 'start up type' to disabled. Also, stop the service. Then try starting apache on xampp panel again

Good day! I'm on a xampp configuration and I cant log in on phpMyAdmin, I've entered my username and password and I dont know why this appears --- #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server". Thanks
