linking folder ?

i need some help for a project im working on i have imge be uploaded
c:\xampp\htdocs\weather\images
I need the same files in C:\xampp\htdocs\weather\beau\images
but i can only ftp to one folder
is there a way i can link the folder so what was in one would be in other?
