Hello when i try to access my website i get this error (below)

Access forbidden!

New XAMPP security concept:

Access to the requested object is only available from the local network.

This setting can be configured in the file "httpd-xampp.conf".

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 403 i get this error when i try to play my ps i made please help

• no selfspeaking headline (how should anybody with the same issue find your thread?)
• no searchable error message (how should anybody with the same issue find your thread?)
• hosting important issue information only on a third party server (if the server will be shutdown your thread does not have any single information)
• no question mark anywhere (is your thread just form information?)
• no hello, please, thank you or other words of politeness
• what is "ps"?

results in: the worst error reporting ever. congratulations!
