I am running XAMPP 1.7.3 on Windows XP 32 bit. I don't have any problems starting Apache and MySql.
However shutting down Apache causes Windows to shutdown. This is very annoying.
I have Zone Alarm and Avira anti-virus. When these are shut down, I still have the same problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
