Extra files after installation

Hello guys
I have just installed XAMPP. I download it from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/ and the file name is: xampp-win32-1.8.3-2-VC11-installer. I wrote about this because creating a profile on this forum was only 1.8.3-1 version
Ok let's focus on my problem... After successful installation in path: E:\Programs\XAMPP, I also have extra files in E:\.



So my question is why I have these files in this place? It looks ugly and make a chaos on my drive... What can I do with it?

VC++ redistributable package doesn't clean them up. Just delete them.
