Can't access xampp page with https://localhost, but when use https://127.0.0.1 it's OK. is that OK ? how can i make xampp page with both of this address?

Does http://localhost work? Did you set a rewrite rule in httpd.conf or .htaccess file?

Reinstall XAMP!!!!
