Hi bangjampang,

Badly the XAMPP developers doesn't have much influence of the compatibility of legacy operating systems.
php.net dropped support for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 with version PHP 5.5+ (PHP 5.5.0 changelog)
mysql.com dropped support for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 with version MySQL 5.6+ (supported platforms table)

So all webserver stacks (not only XAMPP) containing one of these product versions will not be able to run on these systems natively.

best wishes,
Altrea
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

Sometimes it's tough to accept, but XP is really old and if Microsoft is not going to support it, it's not going to be easy for the ecosystem to continue.

XP is after all, more than 10 years old...

If the hardware is good, why not replace it with the latest and great Linux/ FreeBSD? THEN you get support from XAMPP!
