Access denied! (Error 403)

Hello, I am using Xampp and I have never had problems until a few days ago. I have a simple registration page for a user, when I fill out the form and I click on the Submit button I get this error page:

Access denied!
You do not have permission to access the requested object, or the object can not be read by the server.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403
localhost
Apache/2.4.4 (Win32) PHP/5.4.19 OpenSSL/0.9.8y

I tried to edit the file httpd-xampp.conf located in xampp / apache / conf / extra changing (at the bottom of the file) from a Deny from all Allow from all but nothing, always the same error.
Yet it is strange because I get this error when the page opens but when I click on a button to submit a form .. The action associated to submit a simple insert into the database .. I've done many more and I have never given this error ..

I do not know how to solve, ideas?

First of all, look into the Apache Error Log for more detailed information.
