Apache and MySql won't start after reboot

Hi

Hopefully someone can help with this, I can do a fresh install and everything is working fine. If I reboot neither Apache or MySql will start. If I uninstall and reinstall everything is fine again. At least until the next reboot.

Control panel reports this:

Are you trying to auto start it AND run it as a service?

I'm not sure.

Does the standard installer automatically set Apache up as a service? And if so do I just ignore the Xampp control panel?
