missings files in non installer version of 1.8.3-2 [Windows]

There is some missing file(-s) in the ZIP and 7zip versions, that exists in the installer version
The files:

xmapp/htdocs/applications.html
xampp/bitnami.css
xampp/htdocs/img/module_table_bottom.png
xampp/htdocs/img/module_table_top.png
xampp/img/bitnami.ico

and in xampp/htdocs/xampp/navi.php there is a missing reference to the file xampp/htdocs/applications.html

this files I do think is needed for the BitNami add-on/plugins
