hi all, am new to xampp am trying to update my classified php script to a responsive template.

i have installed xampp and my database using windows xp no problems, using CS3 for editing.
the problem am having is once i preview the index.php in CS3 its ok but if i click on any url link on the previewed index.php
it was asking for a user name and password are being requsted by localhost the site says xampp user
so i removed require valid-use password from htaccess...but now just goes to the xampp admin screen any help thanks..

Sounds like you stored your files in htdocs/xampp folder or link to it.
