Hello all,

I downloaded the XAMPP portable since the installer requires admin rights, which I don't have.

I have googled for an install guide for XAMPP portable (actually setup and configuration since install is just uncompressing the files, right?) but all the guides I found assume you're using the windows installer.

Can you tell me please a few brief steps to get me started using XAMPP? I'm using this software since it's a prerequisite to installing and running testlink.

Been a while since I ran the portable, but all you need to do after unzip is run setup-xampp.bat (or named something similar).

I'm sorry, I should have read the README file. It had instructions. So far so good...
