XAMPP - Status Error

I am getting the following in the XAMPP status page

MySQL database DEACTIVATED
PHP DEACTIVATED
HTTPS (SSL) DEACTIVATED
Common Gateway Interface (CGI) DEACTIVATED
Server Side Includes (SSI) DEACTIVATED
SMTP Service DEACTIVATED
FTP Service DEACTIVATED
Tomcat Service DEACTIVATED

Pls tell where to start.

I had checked the ports in netstat -ao
Mysql, Apache and Tomcat were listening on the ports correctly.

I don't trust these status information because they can produce false negatives for many reasons.
Do you have any other issues?
