My Sql is not starting, showing error

friends on each and every time while i start mysql it show this error, i don't want to delete ibdata1 so please suggest me something other way

I have got the same problem, each and every day. I am growing tired of uninstall and reinstalling thing again and again. Please get me out of these.

InnoDB: the .ibd file, you can set innodb_force_recovery > 0 in my.cnf
InnoDB: and force InnoDB to continue crash recovery here.
