Apache reinstall gives error.

I have uninstalled xampp and tried to reinstall.

Now the apache server won't start. Apache worked before the reinstall.

This are the errors.

What is the best place to start looking? I don't understand a lot of this code.

None of that matters. I'd post the control panel window contents.

Yesterday i installed xampp. Then wampp. Nothing worked.

Now i restart the computer and apache workes!
