Hello,

I am using Windows 7, Internet Explorer

I have installed Xampp. Apache and MySQL are both running.

However, when I try to access (http://localhost) the page is blank

I changed the Apache port location from 80 to 8080

I am using DSL connection from a cable modem

Please advise on what I should do next or any videos/tutorials that may be helpful I have been stuck for over 7 days.

If you change Port 80 to 8080 in your config, you must not enter http://localhost in your browser, but http://localhost:8080 instead.
