Making my website public [Xampp 1.8.3]

Good evening to you all! I would like to thank you for such a fine working program, and would like to ask for your help.

I have my xampp all set up on my new Windows Server 2012. Everything is working wonderful and I can access the xampp folder just fine from the local host. I also can access all of my websites that I create in the htdocs folder from the machine running xampp. However the moment I try to access it from another computer on my network it does not work. Opera tells me that I am being rejected and Internet Explorer just tell me that it can not display the page. My friend can not access my website as well. I know that the xampp page is just for the machine running it and that is more then fine. But no one can access my websites and I am not sure why.

I have done several Google searches to no avail. Then I hit YouTube and managed to screw up my install so I started over. Now everything is working great again but still the same issue with not being able to view my websites publicly. So how can I fix this masters of xampp?

The [Help] in your title could purport that you provide help instead of searching for it, because Mod-Threads and by moderated titles often begin with such words in sqare brackets in the title.
Adding words like "Help" in the title is nonsense because they don't give any helpful information what to find in the thread. 99,9% of the threads here are requests for help.

This can be closed I fixed the issue myself.

Not posting the solution here is not a great reaction from you. This is a community board so other users should have the chance to participate from your problems and solutions.
If this aspect of this board here is not important for you, than maybe you should search for a different board. Multiple of such threads here can result in getting no help any more here.
