Xampp fresh install

HI I just installed xampp 1.8.2-2 on my windows system, I would like to do a few things 1. I want to move all the xampp management files that is in C:\xampp\htdocs directory over to something like C:\Xampp\admin and then configure xampp from there and just use the htdocs folder for my web content. 2. I want to access my xampp server from any public location I already have my routers configured with nat and port forwarding for port 80 and 443 my internal sever ip is 192.168.100.50 but I cant access from the web just on the local network

We don't actively support XAMPP in public accessible environments.
