Access Error: 404 -- Not Found
This is what I get trying to go to my sites.

And if this helps more, I get this on a program I use.

I have XAMPP version 1.7.3 and Windows 7 Ultimate x64

If possible, add me on skype:
I also have TeamViewer...

Please help me quickly, this thing is killing me.

I'm not very experienced with these kind of stuffs, so don't ask Toooo pro questions...

Is this normal by the way, that IF I search on the address bar (MY EXTERNAL IP) it redirects me to my router configurations?

Hi dekaron,

Please start new threads with the words "Hi" or "Hello". A short salutation is an act of politeness. Even if the internet is an virtual area, there is always a human being behind the screen. A polite beginning is the first positive impression you can leave here and helps to get polite answers too. Please keep that in mind if you start a new thread in any community board. Thank you.

This is a non-profit volunteer community support board. I am not sure if we can provide that sort of support you are looking for.
In detail: We answer as fast as we want to and we provide answer of a quality we want to.
If this is not enough support for you, you better create a request on one of the many freelancer boards where you can get support for nearly everything nearly immediately for a small amount of your money.

HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found.

First guess: There is a ressource that could not be found.

Let me repeat myself. We are a community support board. The sense of this board is that other users get the chance to participate from the problems and solutions of others.
In short: We don't provide any support via personal one to one communication channels like personal Forum messages, Messengers, Skype, Telephone, Remote Software, ...

dekaron wrote:Please help me quickly, this thing is killing me.

We can't help you with this amount of information you gave us.
We can just say that you are getting a 404 HTTP status for an unknown request of an unknown site processed from unknown sourcecode.

And for the risk that it will be a topic:
We don't provide any support for via big networks (internet) accessible XAMPP installations and any questions belonging to this.

And:
We don't provide any support for any third party scripts (i don't know what the script you showed here is about, but it is very common not written by yourself). Choose one of the support channels of the original author of that script.

best wishes,
Altrea

Tell me what you'd like to know more.
I see that your first guess is that there is a resource that can't be found.

Well, they are all located at xampp/htdocs/
Right where they should be!

But not where your script seem to assume them.
You could try a tool like Firebug to debug the requests.

I've downloaded Firebug, What now?
I checked it a bit and this is what I found.
When I click at script and I'm at my site, this only text comes up. "Access to restricted URI denied."

Code: Select all
<html debug="true">
<head>
<title>Document Error: Not Found</title>
<script src="chrome-extension://lifbcibllhkdhoafpjfnlhfpfgnpldfl/document_iterator.js"/>

"Network" is the important tab in Firebug for such problems.

For Firefox it exists.
Alternative for Chrome: build in DevTools. There is a network tab too

Wasn't quite sure if I should have typed it all down or shown you this image, but an image says more than a thousand word, right?

(NOTE: Not showing the IP, but my external IP goes there and then the :80

home.html doesn't exist at this location.
I bet this is a Router configuration issue.

This is werid, because if I type asylumdk.no-ip.info in the adress bar I get to the router configuration site.
If I type down asylumdk.no-ip.info/SOMETHING

I mean I can type whatever i want after /
it still takes me to the error page.
I don't think it's linked to htdocs then...
It must be that my internet thinks I want to get to the router config site but I type down something else in the adress bar which they don't know what I mean by.
Hard to explain, but I tink you get the point! :P

Then I get to : "Access Error: 404 -- Not Found"

I bet it's has something to do with my router aswell, asylumdk.no-ip.info didn't before take me to my router settings, it took me to Xampp.

What would you recommend me to do right now?

As i already said: We don't provide any support for XAMPP in potential insecure networks.
XAMPP is not made for such networks and if you use it against all warnings for such environments, you should better know what you are doing and should be able to solve such basic problems.

Insecure networks?
What in the world do you mean?

It worked perfectly before, all of a sudden these stuffs came up.
If you think I just downloaded xampp and these shitty errors came up for a beginning.
