Hello

I am so close. after installing V1.8.2.2 on my Win 7 64 System.

I have the C++ libraries and have Apache and My SQL running ok (green lights)

But when I try my local host I see nothing, no errors, just a white screen

I changed the Apache ports in two places to 8000 from 80 and in any case have shutdown Skype.
