I'm new, just installed XAMPP and am unable to start "Apache", see following message

Best to follow the instructions you copied.

I'm a beginner on the PC and MS Windows and that is probably a big part of my problems. I do not know how to check:
"blocked port;
missing dependencies;
improper privileges;
etc.

opening the "LOG" produced the following:
Apache (access.log)
Cannot find the C:\program files\joomla\apache\logs\access.log file.
Do you want to create a new file? I replied yes.
Apache (error.log)
Cannot find the C:\program files\joomla\apache\logs\error.log file.
Do you want to create a new file? I replied yes.
PHP (php_error_log)
Cannot find the C:\program files\joomla\apache\logs\php_error_.log .txt file.
Do you want to create a new file? I replied yes.

Help in moving forward would be appreciated.

Don't install XAMPP to a path containing white spaces or special characters.
