Cannot load localhost, plz help!

Anyway,i've tried downloading different version's and trying every possible way to fix this but it just wont work.My MySql and Apache are running and when i press admin it just keeps loading forever and shows nothing on the screen.I disabled 80 port in skype,i tried to add necessary stuff in conf files,turned off my anti virus and firewall,still nothing.I first thought it was my 64 bit problem,but then i downloaded proper version and 3 more tried all of them,all had the same problem with localhost loading,it just wont load.Maybe some kind person can help me personally? I could give you my skype,or we could use team viewer..Anyway i would really appriciate it Thx.

Ty Altrea so much,i wasted like 8 hours in row trying to fix this program and you fixed in in 3 Ran the malware scan,then reseted sockets whola working I really appriciate that thank you alot
