Apache running error

Hi,
i installed XAMPP 1.8.3.1 and when i run it show this error in controlpanel:

9:08:44 AM [Apache] Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
9:08:44 AM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
9:08:44 AM [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
9:08:44 AM [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port
9:08:44 AM [main] Starting Check-Timer
9:08:44 AM [main] Control Panel Ready

MySQL starts and no problem, but when i click on Start for apache shows this:

What i should do? my anti-virus is Kaspersky Internet Security 2014. but when i pause protection apache still has problem.
