Apache Warning: terminating worker thread 0

xampp-win32-1.7.3 in my xampp version i can't run Apache. and still having this error.

i found in my error log this list:

(OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Looks like your port is blocked. You should run the control panel with admin rights (right-click and run as administrator) then copy/paste the contents of your control panel window.
