can't start Mysql from xampp control panel

Hi friends,
I am facing a problem with my Xampp , I cant start Mysql from my xampp control panel. Whenever I want to start to Mysql a error message is showing.

"Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.

What should I do to prevent this fault? I have installed latest xampp installer and my system runs on windows 8.
