can't start Mysql from xampp control panel

I am facing a problem with my Xampp , I cant start Mysql from my xampp control panel. Whenever I want to start to Mysql a error message is showing.
"Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
14:46:35 [mysql] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
14:46:35 [mysql] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
14:46:35 [mysql] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check

What should I do to prevent this fault? I have installed latest xampp installer and my system runs on windows 8.
