Messages when installing 1.8.2

Hello to all.

This is my first post. I received the following messages when installing v1.8.2. Can someone please tell me how to fix.

Message 1
ou are not running with administrator rights! This will work for
12:59:57 PM [main] most application stuff but whenever you do something with services
12:59:57 PM [main] there will be a security dialogue or things will break! So think
12:59:57 PM [main] about running this application with administrator rights!

Message 2
Problem detected!
12:59:57 PM [Apache] Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
12:59:57 PM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
12:59:57 PM [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
12:59:57 PM [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port
12:59:57 PM [Apache] Problem detected!
12:59:57 PM [Apache] Port 443 in use by "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" with PID 4908!
12:59:57 PM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!

Hi,

• Start your XAMPP control panel .exe with elevated administrator rights (right click -> run as Administrator)
• configure Skype not to use Ports 80 & 443 http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=61165&p=220175#p220175
• Check this list of known Port 80 using programs and stop them if needed http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=58765&p=220610#p220603
