Apache issue not starting

hey guys, So i installed XAMPP and i can get all the services to start but apache and tomcat... Tomcat whatever cause i won't be using it but i need Apache.

Can we please get this fixed? Thanks, I would like to get to using my localhost server :)

Nevermind. If i run the control panel as admin it works
