i am getting this error

Could you post the entire Control Panel log and not just the error snippet.

i reintalled the xamp now this is the new log

unregister the wrong services by clicking the green check icons in the control panel.

What makes everything even worse, now you have a mix of two Xampp installations at different locations. You are going to screw up your PC...
