Auto start won't

I have Xampp 1.8.2 running on Windows 8. On one system I installed it and it works great.
On a second system It works fine but won't auto start on system boot up. I must start the Control Panel in order to get Apache and Mysql to start, once they start all is fine.
I have turned on the service flags and configed the Cp to start Apache and Mysql.
Also set the Cp to always run as administrator.

What am I missing?

Hello,

Could you post the contents of the XAMPP Control Panel log window on the one it is not starting automatically on?

Turns out HD failures, ran a HD scan and fix then re-installed Win 8, works fine now. Thanks.
