Apache Friends Support Forum

Hey, I have my website running on apache, xampp version 1.8.2, and when i access the site some times it don´t loads or takes a very long time and when i look to the apache ports that appear in the control painel ( shoud be port 80 / 443) it´s using stupid ports!
