Hmm, that is weird. I don't see "error" at all...

Is something not working? You don't state anything.

Yeah sorry about that well it was working fine and then my power went out and when it came back on mysql and filezilla will start but apache refuses to start

You will need to read/post the contents of your control panel to determine the issue. This log doesn't show what is wrong.

It is skype for some reason skype is blocking my port not allowing apache to start

I changed the port apache runs on problem fixed

Why do the people think, changing the HTTP port of a HTTP Daemon is better than stopping a communication software blocking this port?
Thats weird. There are several dozen of threads here about how to configure Skype properly.
But okay, it's your system. Do whatever you want.
