Apache stops just after start

I know there are many threads like this one but I couldn't solve it with other's people solutions.

I changed ports and it didn't help, re-installed XAMPP and it didn't help too. I've also checked if some process is using port 80 or 443 but no one uses. I can't start it on ANY port. Everything worked before(maybe one month ago) but suddenly stopped working. I've also stopped some services like:

    WebClient
    Web Deployment Agent Service
    Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN.

but I don't think this is the problem, because everything worked perfectly before. I checked skype too and it's not using port 80 and 443.
