Apache will not connect.

I have a windows 7 premium 64 bit PC. Apache was working and next day went to turn back on and nothing. I have skype but that is ported to something other than port 80. Here is view of error message. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Also I have visual C++ 2010 express. Also have downloaded the visual 2008 pack that is recommended.

execute apache_start.bat in your Windows command line and report its response.

Thanks sorry it took so long to get back to you.. It was another server lingering around on my hard drive. After I thought I had uninstalled it. So after clearing everything out and then reinstalling xampp. I have been successful. Thanks Again for your help.
